I got some problems with firefox

I got some problems with firefox that i would like some help solving. Also, im going to list the issues and update this thread occasionally, as they are getting solved, so some of these issues are a bit old. If someone has any solutions, please post them in this thread, thanks.

Sometimes firefox refuses to let me scroll through a website right after loading it.

Firefox is slow and sluggish when scrolling up and down a website.
(Solved by disabling smooth scrolling in options.)

    • I want to disable the crash reporter that pops up if firefox crashes, without sending any information to mozilla.

    • Sometimes firefox says there's a potential security risk ahead, even if the website is harmless.

Sometimes firefox fails to load a website that other browsers have no issues loading.
    (Solved with firefox quantum.)

    • Sometimes firefox says it's already running, but not responding, the old firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

is send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic the same as problem number 6?
Referer Control - Chrome Web Store

Do not Track is a nonsense, it is up to a webpage, whenever it tracks you or not, that setting is just for fun.
If you are concerned about privacy, use extensions to block canvas, webrtc, tracking, flash/htlm5 autoplay.
Blocking cookies, particularly 3rd party is difficult, since it breaks webpages, I just remove them afterwards.

This is not really good advice, as Firefox Refresh does not do what most people expect it to do, and leaves the users quite confused and not knowing what to do. For examples of this, go to Index page mozillaZine Forums ; there, in the Search/Boards: box, enter Refresh, then read a few of the links that provides.

My suggestion is, rather, to use the standard Fx diagnostic tests to try to isolate and fix the problem(s):

What version of Firefox is that? My 55.0.3 on the Release Channel looks quite different. For me it's found on the Menu bar under Help. By default the Menu bar is hidden, but it will show if you press the Alt key.

Or just type about:support in the address bar.

I dont see a submit feedback button on my version of firefox. I also couldnt find anything related to troubleshoot information or submit feedback in about support.

I should probably say though, that i managed to make firefox way more responsive. I basically used ccleaner to disable all the system addons that comes with firefox. It seems like firefox is loaded with system addons, that slows it down a lot.

I should probably also say that it has made firefox open faster when you click on it.
