On my end, viewing videos using html5 or Flash work fine. I cant find any issue. But I give you some ideas of things you can try. For one, open about:config, change the value of "security.sandbox.content.level" to 2 or 1, if needed to 0. If that dont work, you could try disabling Multiprocess (I do that). In about:config, search for "browser.tabs.remote.autostart" and change the value to false. If none of that works, and you are using the 64 bits version of the browser, uninstall it and reinstall the 32 bits bersion. I am using the 32 bits version. Mozilla is trying to push users using the 32 bits version to migrate to 64 bits but there are ways to keep that from happening.
