OK. Must be very frustrating for you. I would be too. Have you searched the HP site? Have you contacted them? You may want to.
Try the driver thing. That may work. I'm thinking if it worked in the last build it may work again.
You also may consider a clean install. Perhaps something did not load correctly.

Followed by: Run SFC Command in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials Run at least 3 times even if it says it found no violations.
