Hi calmat.
Do you have Office 20xx or Office 365 installed? or were they installed?
Does this just happen out of the blue or does it happen when you do something? (Start a program, right click on a file
You may also try the clean boot process to isolate if Windows is generating or a third party software.
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

Have you setup any mail program if not thats why you get the message
Hello Ken

this message comes up out of the blue

hello
I have not set up any programme account
regards calmat
hi there
it might be because you still have program settings / default settings to use outlook --for example in Internet explorer you might have set default email program to outlook.
Check Windows default programs and also settings in IE.
Cheers

hello jimbo
I have checked default programmes and there is nothing there.
Regards calmat
Okay, as this message comes up out of the blue we need to determine what is generating.
How often does it happen?
When it happens next look at Task bar and note the names of apps that are active, those with the light blue lines under them. Note all of them please.
You said you did have office installed. Did you have any hardware set up to email you alerts, like Raid software or maybe something from router with stats?
