Outlook.com has stopped forwarding mail for two MSAs

I want to post a general notice that Outlook.com has stopped forwarding email for two of my MSAs. I have checked that forwarding is still setup and it is. This a major concern for me because I depend on the forwarding service.

Looks like others are having problems as well. This user made a rule that claims it works. Microsoft Community

Really weird day for me. When I click your link above I get a security warning from Chrome, Edge and IE. This is the second time today I have received such a warning. The first time was for a link to OneDrive onedrive.live.com. It cleared on its own after about thirty minutes.

Here is the message in Chrome:

answers.microsoft.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to answers.microsoft.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be answers.microsoft.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit answers.microsoft.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

It might be worth checking that the time and date on your computer are correct? I know that can cause errors sometimes. Hippsie's link works for me in Edge and FF.
(I don't imagine that will help with the forwarding issue though.)

    Hi,

That was one of Chrome's suggestions as well. Checked and it is right on.
