    Go to Explorer
    Go to settings ( use cog icon upper right )
    Internet options
    Connections
    Click on Lan settings
    Uncheck “Automatically detect settings”
    And then Okay to each one as you exit.

    I am doing this for my Uncle Tommy who is in the hospital. I am good at computer games but not too much windows. He has a few browser on his computer can u take me from start. I don't know what you mean by explorer

Yeah OOPS I think I broke something.
I have had an accident. Finally think I had fixed my issue with the people app on one of my devices and now I think I broke it. Specifically on my desktop machine I can open the app but it doesn't get past the opening screen and then crashes.

Regularly I am facing a blue screen showing below error: "Oops, something went wrong. This service isn't available right now--please try again later." I follow the steps : Next -> Skip Pin -> etc. until I get to a (probably guest-account)...

So, I rebooted my freshly installed Windows 10 x64 14393.447 and got a blue screen "Oops - something went wrong" clicked on "Next" - got the Set up a PIN window skip this step - got a login screen - entered my outlook.com user-id and password...
