Yup. Can also confirm that the problem re-occurs as soon as the 1703 update is applied, so rolling back won't be an option for us.

Its just a pity we couldn't come up with a solution. It would be interesting to try the problem PC's deployed a normal home network (to update them as well) and see if the problem persists.
Yes, it would. Unfortunately, because most of the affected machines are off site, I don't have physical access to them.
I've also enjoyed this same problem about two times. Edge had been up for a bit then suddenly and without warning it wasn't. Hasn't done it for the last couple days. Obviously there's an update problem. I've also noticed with more than one Tab opened, that after a bit one will stick. What I mean by that is, if I'm operating on the fourth Tab and then go back to the first one, it hesitates for a split second and then it comes up. I find if I copy the url and paste it into a new Tab, there's no sticking. But every once in a while, it will do this so this obviously is another glitch.
