    Windows Mail/Gmail Problem

I did a clean re-install of Windows Creator today. With the previous install, Mail worked fine.
I setup 3 gmail accounts and get the same message on all accounts: "Nothing has arrived yet".
Tried all the suggestions I could find and nothing has worked.
All my setting seem (?) correct, but there is no syncing happening.
    Any ideas? Thanks.

    Gmail.

Everything was working fine until I re-installed Windows. Yesterday Mail worked 100%. Today (after re-installing Windows) not changing anything, it won't sync anything.
    Thanks

The Windows 10 Mail App is being used.
That is not an error as such it just means that folder is empty. You may need to change the Sync settings. The defaults are certainly not what I require.

Right click each Gmail Account > Account settings > Change mailbox sync settings >
    These are what I have:
Download new Email > as items arrive.
Download email from > any time. (I think the default is 1 month)
    Sync Options > On.
Done > Save. (make sure to save settings)

Also go the MS Store and update the Mail and contacts Apps, Account icon > Check for updates.
these are at the rate of about 2 per week....

If that don't work delete all Gmail Accounts from the App, and start again.

If that don't work uninstall and re-install the Mail App and associated ones, instructions for that are on here, in tutorials I think.

I've given up on Windows Mail and Edge. Tried what you recommended. After a while, Mail just locked up.
    Thanks anyway.
