Why does my outlook account keep being suspended?

I have setup an outlook email for support, thus far I have received and send only 2 emails, but when I tried to log in I have got a message (twice), that is has been used to sent junk. Thinking about it now, I have emails forwarded to mail.ru, which is marked as spam by many services, could it be the reason?

Recent activity shows only mine logins, but I use a default password, like: Password123.

EDIT: I have moved to Zoho email. This is the third and the last time I gave outlook a chance.

Its unfortunate that this message is worded so. I see it a lot as I set up students in my class on Outlook. We've checked and there is no unauthorized use.

I believe what it should say with recent accounts, I know we confirm you were not a robot when you opened account but we would like to check again, please.

This is obviously not the message you want to show seniors and it reinforces their doubts about safety on the Web.

Once you do this validation it is highly unlikely you will see message again, at least that is history with my students and we do about four new email accounts every three months.

Now with Outlook you also have to develop "rep". New accounts that try to send to large distributions seem to draw the verification process more often. (history with one of my students.) With normal use your rep or what seems to be rep develops quickly.
