Browser Not Responding for 10 seconds randomly NO BSOD

    Hello All,
    I have a Eluktroniks Laptop w/:
    Win 10
    Intel Core i7-6700HQ Quad Core
    6GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
    512GB SSD
    16GB DDR4 RAM

My problem is while I'm actively using my browser to either stream twitch or watch a youtube video, seemingly randomly the browser will freeze in fact the whole screen freezes as if somebody took a screen shot of my monitor and stays that way for about 10 seconds. I have a second monitor which still functions although if I try and do something in game or in another program or window it will also freeze during this time. Then as quickly as it started, everything comes back and I'm able to continue playing the game I was playing on the other monitor and my stream or video I was watching on the main monitor will come back as well.
During this time my modem as well as router have all lights displayed as they are supposed to.

I'm a relative novice on trouble shooting but I did go into Event Viewer and found a few warning level events that I will try and post here, the top Warning log is the last time this issue occured:

Should I post this somewhere else?
Did I do something format wise that makes this less likely to get addressed?

The forum has been a little slow for the last few weeks. Someone will respond to you but it can take upwards of a day sometimes. It's best to not respond to your own posts because some members look for posts with no responses first.
