I am sorry my limited experience isn't enough to get you where you need to go. Don't give up, there's plenty of knowledge here and it's always readily shared with those of us in need.

I went through nearly the same routine you're caught in. For me it was having to save the imports to the "Favorites" folder and show it AND Favorites Bar in settings. And there they were.

The email thing, check your notification settings on this thread subscription.
I just ticked favorites bar...no Firefox folders. BTW, where is the "notifications" thing....? I was told to lengthen my message...this should do it.

    Once again, Good Luck.

Where is the "notifications" bar. I need to tick it so I can receive emails when I get responses. Thanks again, guys...I appreciate you hanging there with me. Now if we can just get our heads together and figure this thing out.

Look at Thread Tools at the top right of this thread. See if it offers Subscribe or Unsubscribe. If Unsubscribe, go to Settings at the top right of the window. Look for subscriptions there and you can change notifications there.

I just got your message in my gmail account, so apparently It's set to receive notifications but I'll check RE your suggestion. Thanks for your assistance. Now if I could find my folders I'd be all set.

Having Favorites pinned to the screen and showing, keep poking around in Settings. They're there somewhere.

I've looked from top to bottom and not only could I not find the Firefox folders but the folders that I spent hours setting up are gone too. Very puzzling indeed.

We've exhausted my abilities here. Someone will come along and send you in the right direction.

I found them! Someone told me to "poke" around in settings, which I did and all folders (Firefox and my other Edge folders) appeared. Thanks guys...my day is made.
