    yeaa this is one of those terrible things that you really want to avoid, the problem is once its installed to your system it doesn't effect only chrome, it will effect any browser that is installed in the computer

I have noticed this twice on my desktop. After start-up, I have seen a black, blank cmd popup saying UsoClient.exe. I think it has happened twice. I scanned the file and it is clean. Any idea what is going on?
