Want a Clean Install of Mozilla Firefox.

I am trying to do a "clean install" of Mozilla Firefox because it stopped working. It would not open properly.
A simple uninstall from Programs and Features then a Reinstall of Firefox did not fix the problem.

After an uninstall of Mozilla Firefox.
There are 2 folders that need to be deleted to do a "clean install".
One is located at C: > Users > david > AppData > Local > Mozilla (this one deleted without a problem).
Two is located at C: > Users > david > AppData > Roaming > Mozilla (which will not delete).
Trying to delete the second folder an error message appears. "Folder Access Denied You'll Need To Provide
Administrator Permission To Delete This Folder".

Clicking "continue" after the error message does nothing except the message reappears.

Here is the thing I can't understand. My computer has only one account and I am the Administrator.
I double checked that at - Control Panel > User Accounts > User Accounts.
Any Ideas? Suggestions? Advice? (Pics below - Admin & Bad Firefox)

Yes I saw that and it leads to the same problem. The problem with deleting the folder is a Microsoft problem.
Thanks for trying - the Mozilla link seems to state it is very easy to delete the 2 files.

Check your permissions for the Roaming\Firefox folder, here I have full access on it.

Looks like I have FULL CONTROL but 2 other accounts have full control also.

Typically when I have seen the pop up box, clicking on "CONTINUE" solves the problem.

It might be easier to just use a RESTORE POINT to reset my computer.
