Build 10162 - Internet Explorer restarts after closing.

    Hi all,

I noticed since Build 10162 was installed that IE11 restarts after I have closed it down.
How can I stop this from happening ?

Actually a common problem with IE11 (I had the problem, too, with 7 and 10) is that it freezes, then it tries to correct and reopens. There is nothing that I know of that can be done, except try MS Edge. I like it and it is much, much faster than IE11 on Windows 10.

I'm on build 10162. When I'm in file explorer and click any other folder in there, explorer freezes and restarts. Only way to open folders is right clicking and selecting open in new window. Anyone experiencing same issue?

Upgraded my desktop PC to 10159 Pro from 10130 which was an upgrade from 8.1 Pro. Almost every time I close IE, it reopens with the message "Internet Explorer IS Restarting". Somehow it seems to be interpreting a normal close as an abnormal close....

Everything was hunky dory until just after I downloaded CrystalDiskInfo via Cnet. Probably just a coincidence as I have had no trouble using either before. I E refused to start and the only option was to reload W 10 afresh.
