Sorry i am back. Couple of days after i celebrated i got this surprise . Edge opens with hubdred tabs and i see there clearly...126 pages more to open...really bizarre. Anyway here are the tabs.
    Go.microsoft.com/fwlink/LinkId=532389
    The same site with=787473
    Also microsoftedgetips
    And finally Bing.com/search?=get+help+with+file
I blocked them in MsEdge and it works for a day and they are bypassing the block.

I scanned with all the malware scanner all of them..
The below PUP never go away even when i delete them with the AV next i scan these two are there
    (RK)(PUP.Mr PCCleaner)licenseen.rtf
    RV Pup MrPccleanerno startpage
Any idea how to remove. Maybe they are the problem

I googled PUP.MrPCCleaner and got plenty of hits Google

The link below might help, some of those google links have SpyHunter listed as part of their fix, I can't vouch for any particular anti virus/malware program other than SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, Windows Defender, but you're getting to point needing to try things. You might consider looking at some of those sites to see what you think.

    Remove PUP.Optional.PCCleaner.A FixYourBrowser.com

Good luck with this one, it sounds like it's difficult to completely remove it from your system. There is another forum I'm a member of, BleepingComputer.com - News, Reviews, and Technical Support that has people devoted to helping users remove these types of things. They've even written some Malware removal programs themselves.

This is not a shill for that site, I am only a member, and don't even visit too much anymore. During the XP OS days I was there all the time, and even started in their Malware removal program.

It's an alternative to look into, at this point you're trying to find a fix, regardless of where it comes from.

My desktop computer did the same thing. It was a bad keyboard. If you push the F1 key the help tab opens. I think this key failed and was opening help tabs in numerous programs. I took my keyboard and connected to my work computer and it did the same thing. I tried everything including reloading windows 10 three times. It was the keyboard.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your suggestion worked for me, too. I recently purchased a new illuminated keyboard and did not disconnect the old one. Little did I know that the F1 key was stuck on the old keyboard. After reading your suggestion, I checked my old keyboard and couldn't believe the solution to my problem was so simple.

I have already done an Acronis restore to two different dates and the problem persisted. Can't say how much I appreciate your suggestion.

    Glad my note helped

I spent so much time on this and it was really hard to diagnose because everything worked great for a week or two before the problem came back. I am glad this helped you.
