hello,, help me i have malwarebytes premium.. i am not able to use google search .. i added exclusions and still doesnt let me open google.com either from microsoft edge or chrome browser. i did reset too.. its not working help me

Are you running any other AV product like Kaspersky or McAffee and are they both set to real time protection?
Have you done a full scan with MBAM?
Do you know if you have a proxy server set?
Have you looked in Host file to see there are no redirects?
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc is where the host file resides. Normally all lines are comment out by starting with # sign.
