Export contacts/Address book from Windows Live Webmail

I have a Windows Live email with address,
I only have access to it via the Web.

Is there anyway to export my Contacts/Address book from Windows Live on the Web?

On my page I can click the square holding 9 white panes, go to People then click the down arrow on Manage to get an Import and Export feature. Clicking Export gives a choice, I use Microsoft .csv, usually can Import to other E-Mail Clients.
