YouTube videos do not play in Chrome

    Hello Everybody!

Today I wanted to watch some YouTube videos but the videos never played. If I press the Play button it doesn't play but I can drag the slider around. It has been happening for a few days and it's getting really annoying! Sometimes videos will play and sometimes it wont!

    Hi TheAmazingGuy

An obvious check, but make sure you have the latest version of both Adobe Flash Player (if you installed it separately) and Google Chrome installed.

Does the playback of Youtube videos work fine in other browser's? (e.g. Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox)

Finally have you been noticing any issues with the speed of your internet? (this can affect videos being watched in HD)

Have you checked the html5 video player: https://www.youtube.com/html5 Lots of YouTube videos will play using HTML5. so make sure your browser is using it by default.
    Or follow this one: http://www.videoconverterfactory.com...t-working.html
More solutions: remove Ad-Block(if you have installed it); log in YouTube with another account; clear browser data.

    - Does YouTube play in other browsers ?

    - Check your Display Driver

    - Reset Chrome (Click Settings and scroll to the bottom of page)
