    Windows Mail App - Inbox Not Receiving Incoming Email

    Using the Windows 10 native mail app with my Outlook.com account any email sent to me goes into a folder with my email address. Nothing ever shows up in the "Inbox" folder. Is there a way to change that?

    Could you post a screen shot of what the app looks like when it first starts.

    By chance do you have a separate Microsoft account that you log in with and a different Microsoft email account?

    As you can see there is no email in the 'Inbox' folder. I sign into my Microsoft account with my Google account but my Outlook account is set as an alias.

    Sorry I'm a little slow today. What do you mean as alias. It is an alias within your Gmail account? It looks like it has your outlook account as lone account. Do you forward mail between accounts outside the app.

    I log into my computer with my Gmail account and I have a separate Outlook account. When logging into my account it shows both email addresses and I can choose which one is the "(primary alias)". I have tried switching primary aliases; that did nothing.

    Hi there. Just a suggestion to remove that image in your prior post so as people don't see your addresses.

    Can you see emails in your Outlook.com online?

    Is this in an Insider build or the anniversary build?

    @mooreted

    Is all ok within Settings gear (click/tap) within the app? > click/tap Manage Accounts > click/tap each individual account > You should see as below. Are those settings correct?
