Temporary internet files has padlock, can not delate
I have spent hours trying to solve this problem, when doing a disc clean up my temporary internet files stay at 648kb with padlock...and temporary files 3.09kb . I noticed this about a week ago, i have had this Dell desktop for about five years and Mcfee two years, i even got a tech from microsoft to take over my computer for a free check and they could not solve it ..thanks

Disk clean-up shows 500MB of temporary internet files. I check the box to delete the temporary internet files, but it keeps showing 500MB, even after several trials and restarts. This happens on my PC, and also on 1 laptop. However on another laptop...
