Hello All,
If I am using the built in email app in Windows 10 and I press archive to save an email, where is that email saved to? I need to save an email to my computer so that I can access it if I am offline. Does this feature do that and where can I find that email later?

Not used this for a while, but if this is a MS email, then it just moves the emails into a folder called Archive
If you make the Archive folder a favourite, then it should sync the contents to be made available offline
I looked through my C: drive and I could not find the single archived email that I used this morning to try this out. Where exactly on the C:drive would it be?
I doubt they will be anywhere meaningful on your C drive, if that folder is set as a favourite they will be synced to the device for offline use
Archive does not Archive them to your PC, it moves them into a folder called Archive, which is just a folder on the mail server, the same as Inbox, Sent etc
If you are trying to Archive them so you can use them outside the Mail App, then i dont think this is possible
Thank you. So there is no way to save it to a local drive? I didn't think so but it was worth a try.
