Download and run AdwCleaner as it's specifically designed for this type of issue

It's from BleepingComputer, the Malware specialists so is totally safe to use, just follow the prompts carefully

Actually, AdwCleaner was recently acquired by Malwarebytes & the authors are now on Malwarebytes staff.
It's the latest of their specialized tools:
    Malwarebytes | AdwCleaner
It's still being hosted for download here:
ToolsLib - Thank you for downloading AdwCleaner

JRT is another, somewhat different tool, also recently acquired by Malwarebytes:
    Malwarebytes | Junkware Removal Tool

These will help to clean out adware/junkware on the computer.
If, OTOH, you are receiving these vouchers via EMAIL, then they are considered SPAM. In that case, a different approach will be needed.

    Cheers,
    MM

If I understand you correctly, you are receiving these vouchers by EMAIL?
If so, then that is SPAM, not adware on computer.
A different approach to curbing email spam will be needed.

    although i have blocked them
Not sure what you mean -- where have you blocked them?

i will give adwcleaner ago it sounds good
It probably will not hurt, but -- if I understand the nature of your issue correctly -- it probably will not help, either.
AdwCleaner does not have any impact on spam emails.
It is used to clean adware on the computer, not to block incoming spam emails.
And, like any malware removal tool, it can sometimes remove "good" thing (a.k.a. False Positive).
So, if you are not sure what to do with the things it finds, please post back before removing them.

    Cheers,
    MM

P.S. It also might help if you could please post a screen shot of one of these vouchers. Let us know if you need help doing that. That way, we might be able to better help you.
