    After AM restart Edge will not open...


    Folks,
    I restarted my laptop this AM and now EDGE will not open fully I get the search bar but no news articles. The favorites are available and I can open other websites and e-mail. All worked well last night. No error messages yet.
    Please advise,

    You need to select Open Microsoft Edge with Start page in Settings to open Edge with MSN news.

    Step 1:

Sometimes, Chrome will not open. I can try to click on the icon, click on it from the start menu, or right click and try to open it. The mouse shows that it is loading for a few seconds, but then the mouse returns to normal and Chrome doesn't open....
There seems no way to click a link in Edge and have it open in a new open tab. It either opens in the existing tab or creates a new closed tab, depending on which mouse button you use.
