    Hi Kari!

I searched the one error you showed in one of your snips the; X-OWA-Error: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.ADDriverstoreAccessNonlocalException . and came up with this, Unable to access Outlook.. Something went wrong :-(
Your problem could stem from a bad win10 update, and I am assuming that the machine that your having this problem is current.

It has a couple of suggestion you could try. You have said that you couldn't sign-in to that specific account that isn't working, but Maria ThePanda's answer calls for signing-in through one of your other working accounts to create the alias and then try to sign-in to the non-working account using the alias.

The other is BMense67 reply at the bottom of the page, you may already have an alias that is blocking your log-in.

Whatever this win10 update is, it seems like its messing with the synchronicity across outlook and O365 accounts. I would check all of your devices; Desktops, phones, laptop, bluetooth.

The only thing in common is your IP address.
Here in Germany they are dynamic, and you get a new one each day or so.
Cliff, my public IP will often remain the same for weeks. ISP resets the router every night at 4 AM and if I get a new public IP it happens when this automatic daily reset is done.

Anyway, I've even done a complete reset to factory settings for the router and checked that I have a new public IP. I then did complete clean up an a PC, all cookies, history and such.

    Didn't help.

    Sure Kari,

I found another link that touches on your Non microsoft domain account: kari at MyOwnDomain dot com, it leans towards Maria ThePanda's solution: “Something went wrong” Sign-in error with X-Auth-Error field - ADDriveStoreAccessNonLocalException The main difference is here you're being asked to rename the alias account.

Gotta go, will check back later....

    Rep given, this was it!

To benefit possible future readers who might find this thread, here's the scenario and solution:

    Scenario:
    • You have a domain which is added to Office 365 tenant (an existing Office 365 for Business or Enterprise subscription)
    • In the O365 tenant you have created an email address using your domain, for instance john.doe@mydomain.com
    • You have created a Microsoft account selecting the option to use an existing third party email as a Microsoft account email
    • At this point you have your "real" email john.doe@mydomain.com and a Microsoft account with the same email address
    • You will check the "real" address' mail by adding this domain email account to any email app, or using Outlook Web Access at https://outlook.office.com/owa/?realm=mydomain.com
    • With this same email but now as a Microsoft account you sign in to all and every Microsoft services and apps, including using it as sign in account in Windows 8 or later
    • In Microsoft account's settings you have set up normal outlook.com alias, for instance john.doe-email.alias@outlook.com
    • To get mail for this alias, trying to sign in to outlook.com or add the Microsoft account to any email client fails, you can't check emails for the alias address

    Solution:

    That's it :)

You will receive a confirmation on your "real" O365 email:

Unable to sign in to Outlook.com on one account (server not found)-image.png

Some Windows apps and services might sign out asking you to sign in again, in my case now Skype was the only one, but as your original Microsoft account name john.doe@mydomain.com remains intact (it's just not the primary alias anymore), everything continues to work. If you had signed in to Windows with john.doe@mydomain.com, you will sign in with that also in the future.

Simple solution, I am a bit ashamed admitting I wasn't even close, had never thought of this.

I mark this thread solved, was able to get my mail messages for the Microsoft account alias.

Ah I'd just found a Microsoft page with what looks like the same solution:
    https://support.office.com/en-gb/art...1-e1fa44b03ff5
"Something went wrong" page with error DatabaseNotFoundException [FIXED]

When you try to login to your mailbox that connects to an Exchange Server, you might receive a "Something went wrong" page, with error DatabaseNotFoundException.

To resolve this issue, login to your account using this link: http://outlook.live.com/OWA.
If you still get the error, add an Outlook.com alias to your account, (if you don’t already have one) and use that alias as your primary alias.

To learn more about Outlook.com aliases, see Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com.
