There is no "Remember me" box. See my original post! Microsoft must have done something to screw up Outlook.com a couple of days ago since I did not have the issue before that and I have not changed anything. The same problem exists on several of my systems so it ain't just a messed up copy of W10.

If you click sign in it will take you straight there but why do we need this middle step.

It's not doing it to me? I see an opening your mailbox prompt with a progress bar and then I'm in. Windows 10 Education 1607 Build 14393.321

I must admit I find it strange that no other users have noticed this issue.

I've been getting that crazy Sign in screen for days now too, but it just now went away. Go figure!

Edit: Spoke to soon, it's back.

Good to see I'm not the only Outlook.com user with the problem!!

In case anybody's interested, the problem with the Sign in screen is only when I'm using IE11. When I use Edge or Chrome all is well. So... something changed in IE11 a few days ago that is causing the problem. Maybe this is MFT's way of getting people to quit using IE11?!
