    Windows 10

I just entered Oops! Internet Explorer could not find (in all web explorers) - Windows 10 Forums in IE's search box, which took me directly to this forum inside of Firefox. LIkewise, a search for http://www.garfield.com/comics/todayscomic.html took me to today's on-line Garfield comic strip. In both cases, I was using Windows 10 Home, updated as of 11Oct2016.

As for any attached screen shot, I did not try to search for it, on the grounds that there is no such thing attached to your original message.

Apparently it's just IE showing its 'Oops!' page - according to this remarkably similar thread on another site...
