    no export favorites button in EDGE. How do I export my favorites including the favorites line in the top?

    Try and put a tick in Internet Explorer that I see on your one is not ticked, it should show up then

    The option to 'Export to File' is only available for Insiders at the moment (Introduced in Build 14926).

    Although a bit overkill just to export favourites, for the time being you could try using this method of copying the DataStore folder:
