    Login to home page

Ok trying to finish setup on this newer computer. I am running win 10. Here is the question. I turn the computer on and it comes on to desktop. I am using Goggle Chrome as the browser. The problem is it opens to the last page viewed instead of my home page Yahoo. the last page is in a new tab. I then turn it off and it will go to yahoo then. I once saw in setup somewhere to change this setting. Like it said open to last viewed page or to home page, now I can't find this list. Can anyone tell me where to find this setting so I can change it only problem is it is annoying to me.
