Adobe sign won't go away !

Adobe sign won't go away !-killing-me.png

Hey gang, when my wife went to play a few games on Face Book this sign popped up, so she tried updating flash player .....
it updated flash player but the sign did not go away ! I have even deleted Adobe flash player & reinstalled it 10+ times & also even uninstalled Fire fox also ! I know that W10 does not need adobe installed, it's comes with W10. But she uses FF for her browser so it needs Adobe installed ! Here is the pic of it, how do i get this sign to go away so she can enter & play her game ?? The Adobe flash player sign will not go away !! It does not show up if she uses Edge only in FF, have removed & installed it many times !! It has worked fine for a long time !
    Any help ??

    Thanks
    Chuck

Dropbox your reply did lead me to "Shockwave Player" not being enabled which i enabled & Flash Player" is now working ! I thought they were 2 different players, guess not !! But i found that " When you download Shockwave Player, it automatically includes Adobe Flash Player." so guess that was the reason it wasn't working !!
    Thanks for the Help !
    Chuck

Can mark this as resolved !!
