I have a new computer with the Windows 10 operating system. I'm all set up and everything is working correctly EXCEPT printing emails from EDGE. I have printed a few, but most times I cannot . I do have my printers set up and they do display in the printer selection menu, including a PDF printer.
When I click the "print" button the printer icon shows up on the task bar and then disappears but not no copy is printed AND there is no document in the printer que.
I have tried printing to the PDF printer with the same result (a couple of successes and mostly failures)
I have printed successfully a couple of times to both printer options after a re-boot but most often I can't and I can't figure out what's wrong!
