Cant leave Insider at all?

Hey Build 14986.rs_prerelease.161202-1928 It says*I can "stop" or "take a break" of insider downloads for a 1, 3, 5 or 7 days but I cant leave from it totally? Do*I need to clean install the Windows? Its weird, cause*Ive dropped*2 Computers...
Their feedback app, a freakin' metro app, will not run for me as I have user account control disabled via registry. But I have a ton of feedback for them.....:D Thanks.
