IE11 Not working in Build 10074

Hello!
I recently updated to build 10074 and IE11 will not launch at all! It is set as my default browser. Spartan (Edge) is working just fine...but I dont want to use it just yet as it doesnt store cookies and autofills logins. (among other reasons) Chrome opens just fine as well.

IE11 does not launch at all when clicked. Anything I can do to change this?
(also on seperate topic the STORE (beta) App doesnt launch, MAIL App doesnt retrieve emails)

This is actually worse than I thought...i downloaded the build to try and reinstall and when i click SETUP in the .iso file, it just goes to a blank screen showing my wallpaper in a dark tint (like tablet mode desktop).

I cant open any .exe files, IE wont work, task manager will not open, itunes doesnt work, the computer will not restart unless i do a hard reset, mail app doesnt work, windows store doesnt work,
Basically my computer is now unusable and I cannot revert back or reinstall because .exe or .iso wont open.

WHAT A DISASTER!!

and on top of that...when i go into the system settings and try to RECOVER back to previous version or even REMOVE EVERYTHING...I click on "Get Started" and nothing happens. Its almost as if my computer doesnt have any guts anymore. Its just Spartan that works...

Thank god, I was able to push into SAFE MODE and revert backj to 10041 build. MUCH BETTER> 10074 was an absolute nightmare for me
