They have made their apps system that much more convoluted than before and with all that has been going on it makes one want to lose the will to live. It seems to me change for change sake

i noticed in the live tile on my desktop that the picture of my wall paper had moving water is there a way to make my wallpaper do that all the time?
I currently running Windows 10. Intel i5-750 Lynnfield since October 2009
Now my CPU have about ~72°C degrees when running a game.
I think it's too high and want a new Water Cooling
What do you think? Do you recommend? And how to choose?...

My PC is rather loud, I have 1 fan in the front of my case and 1 in the rear. I also have a CPU fan and my GPU has two fans on it.
All in in all its kinda loud. I was wondering, would it be any quieter if I tried water cooling?
