The Mail and Calendar App has been updated as of 2 days ago to
Version 17.6868.41141.0
Also yes if you have notifications ticked you will get notified when mail comes through
For anyone reading this you link all your e-mails so they come into one inbox so you don't have to look at each separately.
Just tried a calendar notification did a reminder for 1430 but no notification in the box next to clock.
Something has slipped somewhere.ARRRRRRRRRR
Use the tutorial below and uninstall Mail and Calendar.
Then go to Windows Store and reinstall Mail and Calendar.

Use Option Two or Three, depending if you want to apply to only one account or multiple accounts.

That is the latest version correct , mine has been updated since I posted that.....
Personally I don't like Unified Mailboxes , there is a reason I have 5 different accounts.....
@ menu..... I just did the same test and I got the popout , are you sure you are on the latest version?

Many thanks I followed your link to delete mail/calendar,It went so quick didn't realise it had uinstalled.
Okay I have new mail app running will let you know how it goes later.
Her indoors is calling grub is ready and getting cold.

And sorry to say I have sad news it aint working Followed all the tips given and no joy.
Don't know what to say,Will have to go back to WLM and sit back and wait to see if something does come up.Whats bugging me is that my wifes laptop is working okay with the mail app and all her settings are what I copied.
What a shame.

did you check your version no# again ? I read on the Mail Blog that not all regions get the same Updates at the same time is all,
I have Version 17.6868.41141.0 and it appears to be work now on 4 of my 5 accounts (was 2) after this latest update.
