When I launch my application Icon "PEB.exe", it starts extracting then it opens in a new window : "internet explorer downloads"
I see now my PEB shortcut in a list in this internet explorer window. It is now .JAR and i can't open it
...
Why? For the last two weeks my computer has opened chrome to the Windows 10 help page every time I've booted it. I have no idea why. It isn't in the startup list... or listed as a home page in my browser, or anything like that. I've looked...
Randomly, not all the time, after a reboot (or power off/on) Edge will start with the previously opened page instead of the set "home" (start) page.
Is there any way to prevent this?
