right click on your browser (not on your toolbar) and go to properties then compatibility and check the box disable screen changing by high DPI (or something like that) and everything should be fine and dandy
I get this randomly when i'm on Chrome Youtube. All i do is if there is a "windows live" icon in the taskbar, (laptop icon) simply right click and choose close window. This then allows the taskbar to disappear! Hope this helps :)
So... i have a laptop and a Razer Blackwidow Stealth 2016 keyboard when ever I take out the keyboard the problem is fixed so... I have to use my laptop's crappy keyboard when watching youtube
