It may not have to do with any specific tab initially, but once it happens that tab is always and forever like that until I close it. Even if It starts working again on every other tab and window.

    Hi,

Today i started having a weird issue with fullscreen on Youtube.

I have Youtube on my left monitor and twitter on my right monitor.

When I click fullscreen on the youtube video i get one of two problems.

    I either get:

    1. It doesn't go fullscreen at all and has the topbar and taskbar are showing (The red bit is my bookmarks which I have covered up).

    2. It does go fullscreen but as soon as I click on my other monitor the taskbar shows.

    Any help?

    Thanks.
I have the exact same problem here on my PC.

    Using Google Chrome version 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit) and Windows 10 x64 Enterprise

    Any solution?

I found a solution, open a folder go to the task manager and go to processes and restart the Windows Explorer, this should work.

It just happened to me recently and right now my temporary fix is to press the WINDOWS button twice whenever it happens in a fullscreen YouTube video and it will go away

Okay, I found a fix and even though it changes your computer a bit, it still works

    1) Right click on the taskbar

    2) Click 'Settings' or 'Properties'

    3) Check 'Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode'

    4) Go back to youtube and you're done!

Just move your mouse to where your taskbar used to be and it will appear

You can keep it like this to avoid future problems or you can change it back and the taskbar will disappear when in full screen

The taskbar "disappears" but is there a border of some kind that replaces the area?

I did that before but then it comes to be annoying when sometimes I hover the mouse down to where the task bar should appear and it doesn't show up until I quit the app I'm on to the desktop
