    Windows Live Mail 2011?

    Hi,

I have a friend who is running Windows 7 right now and he uses Windows Live Mail 2011. He accesses it via a desktop shortcut icon. He had upgraded to Windows 10, but he didn't like it, so he rolled back to 7.

If he does install Windows 10 again, would he still be able to access Windows Live Mail through a desktop icon the way he does now? His current email configuration allows synchronization of his email between a Windows PC as well as mobile apple devices, so I am reluctant to 'help' him make any changes which might change that configuration.
