You have 2 choices, DVD or USB depends on if your computer can boot to a USB port? Some older computers can't. They can only boot to a DVD, I am not sure about your computer. So it depends on your computers ability on which device it can boot from??

My computer has a Legacy BIOS. However, it does have a DVD Writer/Disk Burner and all of that as well as USB ports.

DVD....lol.....then after its done, try rebooting to that DVD drive just to make sure Macrium is working, then you can choose to leave Macrium by choose the yellow icon way at the bottom lower left.....then it will reboot again, to your desktop.....
Try it out.....don't get scared......once you see that it boots to your DVD drive, and you want to go back to your desktop, after clicking on that yellow icon ......you might have to remove your dvd before it finishes booting....
