    Internet Explorer is a browser.
    Bing is NOT a browser.
One cannot use Bing or any search engine without a browser.

    Get real !!!!
Never put Bing is a Browser.
    Edge is a browser
So with Bing as search engine and edge as browser
It brings the same as IE11 and Google
    I missed that bit out

David, if you look at his screen on MSN he has 5 blank items showing, see those gray boxes?? and on the right side, its also blank. Their should be pictures in those areas, not a blank gray square. :)
    Thanks for pointing them out.
I wouldn't know the difference as I don't use Bing.

That's ok David, but that page is not Bing, its MSN.COM which uses Bing as its search program. :)

MSN has been my home page for years, and I use IE11 most of the time.

The OP asks to fix a certain app. Don't tell the pserson to "disable" it.
The OP did not ask how to disable. The OP asks how to fix.

You don't use IE, that's your choice. The OP does not ask you for a choice of browser.

My home page is Google.ca, and Google is my search engine.
That is why I could not tell the difference looking at Jesse's screenshot.
    Thank you.

Let's make this clear. I use both Microsoft Edge and IE 11. I just want my IE 11 fixed. I know Internet Explorer is no one's favorite browser, but it's really never failed me so I have no complaints with it, except for when it used to crash and for problems like this.
I apologize if I did not explain clearly.
I myself have been using IE ever since, and I am still using it.
I mentioned Edge just to offer an alternative. I did not know until your last reply that you also use Edge.
My suggestion is, as posted earlier, do a IE Reset and see if it fixes things.

Okay. I will reset it. I am very sorry if I didn't make myself clear before. I will also enable the toolbar as that's probably recommended. There was no reason for it to be disabled.

Everything loads fine on Microsoft Edge. I haven't changed the Start page. I left it default. But I will try to reset it and see if that fixes it.
Don't want to butt in here, but do you have the free version of CCleaner Jesse?? If you still have problems viewing web pages, download the free version of CCleaner, and run it.......that should clean out a lot of junk, for you, and might help with your problem. Just an idea. :)

If you read properly I said to clear the cache like I did in windows 8.1 that should FIX IT
Then do a restart and That should FIX IT
I did not tell her to disable it
