    Opening e-mail attachachment


    When you receive a e-mail attachment you are unable to open how do you open it?.

    Hi,

    You need to give some more details otherwise it is guesswork

    What email program
    What type of attachment, Word file, picture, pdf etc
    What happens when you try to open/what error do you get

    The attachment reads as follows-;DOC101215-10.122015084443.PDF. The message I then receive is that I have not got a program to open it.Trust and hope this helps.

    When you get the list, scroll down till you see .pdf in the left hand side, what does it say the default for this is?
