Silent BCC without the user knowing?

Hi, I want to silently send a copy of the mail all my users are sending to another mail account.

Kind of like adding a rule to CC a copy of each email they send to another account but the problem is that they are able to see the email ID to which it is being sent.

So my question is that I want to silently BCC emails without anyone knowing.

How do I achieve this?



I found this:

But this is too costly for multiple machines.

Is there anything free available?

And where are you BCC'ing the mail to? And why?

Company.

BCCing all to one EMail.

Because company people steal my data and sell it outside on their own.

Not sure about the purpose of the concept. perhaps these may be what you need :

Forward all internal (Exchange) email through external SMTP server - Spiceworks

Or try setting up a dedicated mail server through which all the emails of your company go through. That will help monitoring. :)

The problem with the first link is that it can only CC emails not BCC, my exployees would know that I am monitoring the emails being forwarded.

Any other solution?

Just configure them to capture only emails. The other aspects are some what illegal. :) But still they have a purpose.

Are you an admin for this company or just an end user?
