Issue Downloading Images (across all browsers)!
About a week ago, I noticed that whenever I downloaded an image file, the download would freeze at 100%, and take about a minute to convert the .crdownload to the actual downloaded file. At first I thought this was an issue with Chrome, but tried Microsoft Edge as well, and also had the issue.
Strangely, my downloading is totally normal with all other file types-- (ie .exe, .doc, etc.). It's just when downloading image files. Additionally, if I'm downloading other file types, and start downloading an image, it'll literally choke all my other downloads while it processes the image, then eventually return.
I have 500 mbs internet downspeeds, and I've tried disabling my browser (and windows) security settings (at least to my knowledge). I'm running a i9 pc, Windows 10. Been using the computer for over a year with no issues, and this problem just cropped up.
I did recently just activate my windows license and installs the full version of Windows. I also recently ran WinDirStat and cleared a ton of space off my computer, but to my knowledge I didn't touch any important registry files or anything, just cleared up media mostly.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
