You don't. For Edge and IE it is delivered automatically by Microsoft through windows update. Only 3rd-party browsers would need a separate update, see your browser's Help for how to do that.

Chrome has it's own version of Flash, called Pepperflash, maintained and updated by them.

To find the current version of Pepperflash on Chrome, type about in the address bar, click on chrome://version/

You will see the current Pepperflash version. Chrome updates this when they have a new version available. It is not the same as the PPAPI version from Adobe for other Chromium based browsers, such as Vivaldi, Opera, and Brave.
