Outlook.com emails with clean install of Win 10

I want to do a clean install of Win 10 on my Wife's pc as there is a big "unsolved" problem with BSOD's following the upgrade from Win 8.1. However she uses Outlook.com for email and there is not an easy way to save the emails. If I do a clean install, will all her emails still be available?
Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Outlook.com is just a website that allows her to access her email stored on Microsoft servers. She can access email from any computer through a web browser, right?

I thought it was that way. So I should be able to clean install and not lose any mail. That's good. Keeps my head on my neck!
