    edge has stopped working after update

    Security Update for Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 4.0 (KB2993928)
    also had a NVIDIA driver update for NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M

    this latest update has brought edge back to life but still cannot scroll with the mouse pad have to use the arrow keys
