The toggle is now available on Chrome Canary's Settings page (the feature itself is not available yet):Google will add an option to always require authentication before filling in usernames, passwords or other data:

The flag is available in Canary and Dev. Basically you (or anyone who has access to your device) will have to enter some type of authentication (fingerprint, face unlock, PIN, etc.) before the fields are filled with your information, this is how it works in Edge:
There will be a toggle on the Settings page to enable or disable this feature.

Google is working on a new 'Performance' page, on this new page there will be 2 sections: 'Snooze tabs' and 'Battery Saving mode', the flags to enable these sections are already available in Canary, but the page itself is not yet available:
'Snooze tabs' will be very similar to Edge's 'Sleeping tabs' feature and the 'Battery Saving mode' will limit frame rate and background tasks. A new button in the toolbar will indicate when Battery Saving mode is enabled and it will be possible to turn it off from the dialog:
