    Of course, the biggest benefit of Chrome's native dark theme for websites is that it works on pages where Dark Reader has no effect, such as the Chrome web store:

    How do you get the normally white/gray backgrounds to be black like that? I enable dark mode from Win 10 settings which enabled Chrome's dark mode but only the tabs and search bar are dark.

    In the public version of Chrome, you can use the Dark Reader extension to apply the dark theme to all websites, in Chrome Canary, you can enable this flag:

    Cool thanks. Dark Reader has some issues with gmail though, maybe it's the classic gmail extension I'm using?

    Seems to work ok with vanilla GMail. Don't try using it on Google Maps though.
