    In case anyone is interested, a Reddit user found a way to disable the dark mode (regardless of the Windows theme):

    This is the fix I've been looking for. I now have Windows working in dark mode but Chrome in normal mode!

    Mmm, this new flag (in Canary) is very similar to the one that already exists in the new Edge:
    Chrome Canary:

    Edge Canary:

    Could it be possible that Chrome is going to add fluent design elements soon? or they are going to add its own effects and style? anyway, it is quite interesting that this flag has appeared after a similar flag has been present in Edge for a long time...
