Hit the cog and select Display Density. You have 3 choices. Default, Comfortable, and Compact. I can live with compact.

I've just installed it, it appears to retain a lot of Googles new UI mainly restoring the font size to classic Gmail size. This looks good!

My font size and type looks perfectly normal. Not oversized or anything.

Right click it and open in new tab.

I know but is it possible to set it to open in a new tab automatically ? In Firefox this can be done.
